NFTs listed on ExCarbon represent carbon credits associated with specific environmental projects. Buyers and sellers are responsible for conducting due diligence on the authenticity and legitimacy of the NFTs.

#### 6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities on ExCarbon. This includes but is not limited to spamming, hacking, or engaging in activities that violate the rights of others.

#### 7. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

#### 8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of ExCarbon shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of current Vietnamese law.

ExCarbon reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
